Life lately has felt so bright — music, movement, intention, light. Maybe I’m still just carrying the RISE Festival energy with me. There’s something sacred about watching hundreds of lanterns float into the sky — each one filled with someone’s hopes, heartbreaks, and vision for what’s next.
What struck me most was the feeling of it. That kind of magic usually only happens in nature, at festivals, or on those once-in-a-lifetime adventures… but what if we could create that energy more often?
What if a random Tuesday at the salon felt like golden hour? What if your color appointment came with a side of soul? That’s what we’re building here— one light-filled step at a time.
I’m more lit up than ever to keep creating a space that feels as meaningful as it is beautiful. Let’s make this season feel like something worth celebrating.

UTAH INTEGRATION
Day to day life is so busy, and I don’t take any part of it for granted because it’s a DREAM, but Utah is my essential processing time to reflect on all things salon. It’s in the stillness that I catch up and lay foundations for all the dreams to grow from!
...so maybe it looks like I’m just sipping by the pool but it might literally be research & development for something coming to the salon soon...🥤
IBE CONTINUED TRAINING
IBE has been such a pivotal part of the WBS story, and when in Utah, I always stop by for training. It’s essential for me to push myself with my education, and there’s no better way to refine techniques through shadowing with master stylists and educators. And I just love connecting with this powerhouse team.

You guys — I will be attending the RISE Festival every year until I die. the music, the people, but mostly, there is a certain kind of magic to declaring your dreams and seeing them take flight WITH HUNDREDS OF OTHERS. Ask me to show you the video next time you’re in the salon.
