Believing in a team-based culture where her stylists have a safe space to be creative and grow within the industry. As one of the first artists to bring Invisible Bead Extensions® to Wisconsin, she is a master with her extension technique, and creative colors, and a global educator + brand ambassador for IBE.

Hey, I’m Lo! When I’m not in the salon, I’m still working behind the scenes on the business. I’m definitely a workaholic at heart but during my free time, I love to be out in nature with my two Goldens or traveling around the world with my new hubby. The product I can’t live without? The Goldie Locks Signature Serum, of course! If I lose it, I literally panic.

A blonding and balayage expert and an even better human, Teresa loves performing one of a kind transformations and goes the extra mile to get to know every guest she meets. Always wanting to advance her skills, she is currently enrolled in the Invisible Bead Extensions® Masters Program and is pursuing Technique and Business. Plus, not only has she been doing hair for 10 years, she has multiple family members in the industry that started passing along their tips and tricks when she was just a teenager!

I studied esthetics in the Chicago area and graduated from Pivot Point International, building a strong clinical foundation in skin health and advanced treatment protocols.
After esthetics school, I further expanded my expertise by attending Make-Up Designory (MUD) in Los Angeles, where I trained in beauty, film, photography, television, special effects, and character makeup. This dual background gives me a distinctive blend of technical precision and artistic perspective — allowing me to approach skin with both corrective knowledge and an editorial eye.
My passion lies in creating transformative treatments that feel refined, intentional, and restorative.
