Welcome to White Brick Salon LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.whitebricksalon.com, online booking system, and in-person services. By accessing or using our site or scheduling services with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Salon Services

White Brick Salon provides hair services, extension services, color, styling, and other beauty treatments by appointment. Some services may be provided by assistants or apprentices at discounted rates under the supervision of licensed professionals.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system (Meevo). To ensure timely service and availability:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.. 

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened depending on availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are listed on our website and may vary based on stylist level, hair length, and time required. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and digital gift cards. All transactions are processed securely through Meevo’s payment system.

Tips are welcome and can be left in cash or added to your card transaction.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services, but if you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

5. Gift Cards

Digital and physical gift cards are valid for services and products at White Brick Salon. Treat gift cards like cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

6. Personal Data

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy above. By booking with us or submitting your information online, you consent to our data practices, including appointment communication via SMS or email.

7. Promotions & Marketing

By opting in to our SMS or email communications, you agree to receive appointment reminders, product alerts, and marketing updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

All promotions are subject to change and may have specific terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

White Brick Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages resulting from services, unless caused by negligence. Please notify your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items on the premises.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, logos, and graphics, is the property of White Brick Salon LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the latest Terms.

11. Waiver

In addition to the above, all clients are asked to sign the following waiver before accepting services within the Salon:

This waiver outlines the terms and conditions for services or experiences, or events provided at and/or by White Brick Salon. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Service Liability:

I understand that the salon environment and salon services, including but not limited to the use of hot tools, chemical treatments, hair extensions, and other beauty services, can involve risks.

I release White Brick Salon, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, burns, hair damage, scalp irritation, allergic reactions, or any other harm, including physical, emotional, or financial harm, that may result from services provided or being present on the premises.

Product Usage:

I acknowledge that White Brick Salon uses professional-grade products. While every effort is made to ensure safety, I agree to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to my service. I release the salon from liability for adverse reactions to products applied during my visit.

Health & Safety:

I certify that I am in good health and do not have any condition (including skin, scalp, or contagious conditions) that may affect or be affected by the services provided. I agree to do my own due diligence with any medical team I have to receive clearance, and notify the salon of any relevant medical conditions prior to my appointment.

Photography & Media Notice:

I acknowledge that photography or videography may occur within the salon for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. I consent to the potential incidental inclusion of my image or likeness in such materials unless I notify White Brick Salon in writing prior to my appointment.

Animals on Premises:

I am aware that dogs may be present at the salon. I release White Brick Salon from any liability related to allergies, fear, or other issues resulting from their presence.

Personal Belongings:

I understand that White Brick Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the salon, including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, or electronic devices.

Cancellation Policy:

If I cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for my appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, I agree to pay a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. The fee will be charged to the card on file. To respect my stylist’s time and other clients, I agree to notify the salon promptly of any scheduling conflicts.

Late Arrival Policy:

I understand that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or altered service, or the need to reschedule, at the discretion of my stylist. I agree that cancellation fees may still apply if my appointment is forfeited due to tardiness.

Minors:

If I am booking an appointment for a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and assume all liability for their services, behavior, and adherence to salon policies during their visit.

Force Majeure Clause:

I understand that White Brick Salon is not responsible for service interruptions, cancellations, or rescheduling due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
